- Sunlight Exposure: Focus on your breath and gratitude while enjoying 15 minutes of natural sunlight. This helps to set your circadian rhythm.
- No Cellphone or Social Media: Give yourself at least 60 minutes in the morning without your cellphone, or social media. You can use this time to practice gratitude, take a quick walk barefoot in the grass, and hug your friends, kids, or pets.
- Danger Coffee: Wait at least 60 minutes after waking up to enjoy your caffeine.
