Our trained staff will assess your health goals through an intake form and a cell health analysis, measuring key biomarkers such as body fat, muscle mass, visceral fat, inflammation, and cell health. This data helps us create a personalized protocol across our modalities based on your goals and availability. 

Consistency is key to wellness. While some people experience immediate results, long-term benefits are achieved by using our services 2+ times per week for optimal results. 

Our memberships provide the best value and allow you to use your monthly allocation across any of our modalities. This flexibility lets you adjust your protocol as your goals evolve or explore new services. 

All memberships at Upgrade Labs require an initial 90-day commitment or longer. All memberships will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis, after the duration and terms of the plan you initially purchased.

If you wish to cancel your membership, a 30-day written notice is required prior to your next billing cycle, which can be submitted after 60 days of membership activation. Paid-in-full memberships are non-cancelable and require 30 day written confirmation of cancellation prior to your first or next monthly recurring payment.

We also offer the flexibility to freeze your membership for up to 4 months at a cost of $15/month. Please note that if you choose to cancel your membership while it is on freeze, a one-month membership payment will be required before the cancellation can be finalized.

We offer transferable service packages that never expire, allowing you to use them or share them with guests.
