Amazing staff and incredible experience
Upgrade Labs is awesome!! Get your workout and recovery in the same place in less time than the standard workout. And the staff is great and very helpful! Cannot say enough about them!
This place is amazing. I’m finally able to find my workout and recovery all in one place…and the best part, it doesn’t take all day! The staff is fantastic and able to help guide you based on your needs. Definitely give this place a try!
Cryotherapy machine has been down for an extended period monthly since I joined. If you are interested in getting the daily affects you are better off buying a cold plunge. Canceling your membership is also a hassle. A few weeks ago they had an event and didn't modify there schedule leaving members waiting.
Upgrade labs is amazing! Hailey and her team are awesome! The equipment and science behind what they are doing is state of the art! What a wonderful asset to have in the community! Loved it!
At first I wasn’t sure about PEMF, but after about my 4th time, I’m laying there thinking “I like this”. Before, I’d walk out thinking I felt better, but as I’ve done more, I KNOW I feel better. The other things, I’m learning are the same…. I’ve learned to like it as I’ve seen the value start to be tangible. As far as cryotherapy- it’s love/hate. I KNOW it’s a game changer, but it’s hard. But, you can do anything for 3 mins! It’s worth it. Upgrade Labs is truly unique - and worth the investment. Great place and great people there.
Upgrade Labs Meridian is revolutionizing total body wellness! Utilizing the Upgrade Labs services, I'm able to perform, recover, and think optimally...all while taking very little time out of my day. My favorites are the PEMF, Cryo, and REDCharger. I love how I feel after these sessions, and they truly do "upgrade" my day. The ownership team of Hailey and Becky, along with their staff, provide first class care and hospitality to their members. I can't recommend Upgrade Labs Meridian enough!
Just what I need to improve my recovery. I love the light bed & could ly in big squeeze for hours if they let me! For reference I drop around 3-5lbs water weight each time I use it & I feel a mental clarity benefit afterward too. It’s a must try! The facility is top notch & the owners Becky & Hailey really care about our overall experience. Can’t say enough good things about them & Upgrade Labs🙌🏻
