I feel so lucky to have a place like this here in the Salt Lake area! I have been a follower of biohacking for awhile and always wanted to try our the different therapies and machines. From the very first time I got into cryo and red light I felt the difference! My mood immediately got better from red light and cryotherapy always increases my energy and reduces pain.
