This place is AWESOME - my energy and strength are measurably better every month thanks to the PEMF therapy (Pulsed Electro Magnetic Field) and the AI Cheat/Oxefit machine. Their amazing staff and quick and effective therapies make this place my favorite recovery space in Bellevue! Definitely a must try for anyone looking to improve their mind, body, and energy!

If health and longevity is your goal give this place a try . Bio hacking at its best . Only weight system use by the NFL , cryo therapy, red light detoxing and healing . It’s all here . Great experience ! Looking forward to continue to improve my health and measuring my cell health with upgrade lab Bellevue !

I had a tour yesterday for an hour with the oh-so-warm Claudia. After a cell health analysis I got to try the AI Bike and “The Big Squeeze” for my lymph function. I woke up this morning ready to go and had the highest overnight heart rate variability I’ve ever seen. Check this place out!
