AI Strength Trainer™

Is the AI Strength Trainer™ Right for Me?
The AI Strength Trainer™ is an ideal fit for individuals looking to optimize their strength training with a focus on both concentric and eccentric muscle contractions. If you find traditional gym settings challenging for safely maximizing your strength, this technology offers a tailored solution.
- Eccentric Strength: If you’re interested in tapping into the body’s significantly stronger eccentric phase (1.5x to 5x), the AI Cheat Machine™ is designed to safely harness and optimize this strength.
- Time-Efficient Workouts: For those with busy schedules seeking efficient workouts, the AI Cheat Machine™ delivers resistance equivalent to a typical 45-60 minute weightlifting session in just 10-15 minutes.
- Individualized Training: The AI Cheat Machine™ adapts to your individual workout, providing incremental challenges in subsequent sessions. This personalized approach ensures that the resistance aligns with your body’s unique needs.
- Muscle Fatigue and Breakdown: If you aim to efficiently maximize muscle fatigue and breakdown within a minimal timeframe, the AI Cheat Machine™ uses unique resistance training methodology that is tailored specifically for you.

Science Behind It
The AI Strength Trainer™ utilizes ‘adaptive resistance’ to optimize the load on both the concentric and eccentric phases of each lift. In a workout, our focus is on concentric and eccentric contractions of muscles. Concentric contractions involve muscle shortening, rising against resistance, while eccentric contractions occur as muscles lengthen against increased resistance. For instance, in a bicep curl, lifting your arm is a concentric lift, and lowering it is the eccentric contraction.
The human body is significantly stronger in the eccentric phase, ranging from 1.5x to 5x. Traditionally, safely maximizing this strength in a gym setting is challenging. However, the AI Strength Trainer™’s safe range of motion (ROM) combined with adaptive technology allows us to efficiently and safely fatigue and break down muscular tissue.
With the AI Strength Trainer™ you can customize your workout and perform a multitude of exercises, including the leg press, chest press, row, torso flexion, and more. This diverse range of exercises ensures a comprehensive full-body workout, targeting specific muscle groups and movement patterns.
The AI Strength Trainer™ considers your individual workout, adapting and incrementally challenging you in subsequent sessions. It provides resistance equivalent to a typical 45-60 minute weightlifting workout in just 10-15 minutes, personalized for your body’s needs. This unique resistance training, difficult to replicate in a regular gym setting, efficiently maximizes muscle fatigue and breakdown in a minimal amount of time.
- INCREASED MUSCULAR STRENGTH/ENDURANCE
- INCREASED BONE DENSITY
- INCREASED BDNF (BRAIN DERIVED NEUROTROPIC FACTOR)
What people say
Amazing workout with maximum restoration! I love the combination of high intensity workouts with less time and more recovery benefits. Cheat machine gives me full muscle fatigue in 5 reps.
I didn’t think an AI machine could actually challenge me, but this one does. It adjusts to how I’m performing in real time, and I’ve been getting stronger without overdoing it. Super efficient, no guesswork...I’m hooked.
We have been waiting quite a while to check this spot out. I knew there would be amazing technology, but the place really exceeded my expectations in regards to customer service.

Frequently asked questions
Getting stronger means pushing your muscles, but regular weights don’t always hit the right spots. The AI Strength Trainer™ uses AI with strength training, giving you a smarter, safer, and more customized workout experience.
The AI Strength Trainer™ uses digital resistance and smart sensors to deliver precise, full-body strength training. It starts with an assessment that analyzes your strength and movement to create a personalized workout plan. The system then adjusts resistance and tracks performance in real time, optimizing each session for your goals.
Unlike traditional weights, the AI Strength Trainer uses digital resistance that can precisely control load, tempo, and movement patterns. It provides real-time feedback, tracks detailed performance metrics, and supports advanced modes like eccentric overload. Combined with the OxeAI assessment, it offers a fully personalized, data-driven training experience that adapts to each client’s needs—something free weights and machines can’t do.
Yes, the AI Strength Trainer™ is designed with safety in mind. It uses motorized digital resistance, which can instantly adjust or stop based on the user’s performance, reducing risk of injury compared to free weights. The system tracks form, range of motion, and force output in real time, and won’t overload clients beyond their capacity. Plus, the assessment ensures workouts are tailored to each individual’s ability level from the start.
Each session is fully guided and customized. You’ll start by logging in, and the system will load your personalized program based on your assessment. Expect a smooth, efficient workout with minimal setup that will help increase strength.
The AI Strength Trainer™ is designed for everyone. From beginners to elite athletes. Its adaptive resistance and personalized programming make it ideal for clients of all ages, fitness levels, and goals. Whether someone is training for performance, building strength, or just getting started, the system adjusts to meet them where they are. It’s especially valuable for those who want safe, data-driven, and time-efficient workouts.
