My husband and I have enjoyed all the services that Upgrade Labs has to offer. It is THE place to go for the biggest variety of services to address overall health, fitness, recovery, and longevity. Whole body cryotherapy, photobiomodulation, PEMF, and lymphatic massage are staples for Coeur d’Alene’s biohacking community.

I joined Upgrade Labs in July when they opened. Primary for the recovery tech. In the last 6 months I’ve regularly used the PEMF, Red Charger bed, Cryo and the big squeeze.
What I’ve noticed the most is my energy levels have gone way up! Aches and pains are almost completely gone. Mood is improved.
The staff is so nice and attentive. They check up on my progress monthly and make sure I’m hitting my goals.
It’s always fun to go in, hang out in the lobby next to the biocharger and chat with the knowledgeable staff. Upgrade Labs is the best part of my day!

Upgrade labs has it all. The employees are so kind, the owners are amazing and the tech is unreal. I truly appreciate what this business is doing for the health of our community. They offer so many options to help get people in the door and I am truly so excited to see how they continue to go.

If you are needing a jumpstart in your health or you are working with another provider and need some recovery/ wellness tech this is the place for you. To be honest, it is the place for everyone!

Was introduced and signed up with the Upgrade Labs Coeur d
Alene facility prior to them opening their business at the Coeur d Alene location. Upgrade Labs biohacking and recovery facility using science-backed technologies to exponentially improve your cellular health, optimize physical and cognitive performance, and recovery.
Promises to boost my immune system, detoxify, loose weight, gain energy and strength, get better sleep were never met. Delays getting some of the equipment promised, lack of education on equipment and attention from the staff. ONLY offered and used Red Charger; Big Squeeze; PEMF and once the Brain Upgrade, even though I asked to use other services.
Scheduling equipment around other members was challenging and meant waiting. Hard keeping track and figuring out how many credits used when using the various services. I asked for a report however never received anything, so I never knew how many credits I needed to use before my 3 months expired. -$8 credit, 36 credits month. Members need to calculate credits used and keep track of the number credits used each visit vs. end of the month. I was so frustrated with Upgrade Labs and the system I stopped going, giving up any available credits. When I realized Upgrade Labs automatically withdrew another $265.00 from my bank account, I walked into the facility and told them I wanted to cancel my membership. I was told they needed a 30 day notice.
They tried to offer me an alternative membership however I was too frustrated with everything I told them I just wanted to cancel.
Upgrade Labs REFUSED to refund my $265.00. Then the following month the once again withdrew another $265.00 from my Bank Account. After several phone calls, leaving messages and having one staff person hanging up on me I finally received a refund for the second withdrawal. I NEVER lost weight, as promised; NEVER had more energy, as promised, NEVER got any better sleep, as promised. None of the promises made happened! I ABSOLUTELY DONOT RECOMMEND!!!

I feel like I’m going to the spa, but I’m going to the gym! In my first 3 months, my bloodwork showed improvements in my inflammatory biomarkers without making any other changes, so I know it’s helping me! Plus, they include body scans so you can track improvements in your cellular health. The staff is top notch, so friendly, helpful, upbeat, and knowledgeable. They have personal trainers on staff to help you meet your goals, and the technology is fabulous. Including fitness plus recovery in a fraction of the time you would spend in a normal gym is a great plan for me. Both my husband and I train here. He is very fit, and I was not very fit, but the technology works for both of our skill levels. Highly recommend!

This place is fine. I toured here when a friend recommended I check it out. I've been a biohacker for years and this place is just a lot of corporate fluff in my opinion. I really wanted this to be what I was hoping, and what they advertised, but I know more about the devices than the majority of the staff. It's pretty cold and clinical. If you have no knowledge of health or biohacking, I'm sure this isn't a terrible place to start, but you're not going to get to the next level as an athlete here.

This is one of the worst experiences I have yet had during my time in CDA. For a bio hacking gym, no one knows what they are talking about and how the machines work. They baited and switched me and never showed me a contract. The metabolic trainer showed up months late and they made the brain training, that was advertised as a part of the membership, a paid extra. There are always lines to get on the machines and you end up being there for hours, when it was supposed to be on and out in 30 minutes. If you’re a mama who cares about her children, you’ll have a hard time getting back to them. All of these were issues before I tore my meniscus and couldn’t come in and I begged them for a refund because my family was having a hardship with my injury around the holidays and they told me to kick rocks basically. I had referred them a lot of business and encouraged people to check it out, but they are super corporate and heartless. I would never set foot in that place again, from the chaos to the lack of compassion. If you want an amazing biohacker gym with people that care about you, The Zone is down the street. It’s run by a small family and they really care about every person that sets foot in there. Additionally, they have a higher quality cryo setup and their ARX trainer delivers better results. Skip the corporate hype and marketing and support locals! Upgrade labs is awful and that’s saying a lot coming from me, as you can see from my profile I almost never post bad reviews.

They offered me $343.50 cents not to tell anyone about my experience, and I thought it was more important to share my experience after having sent dozens of people to check them out. BUYER BEWARE!

Also, check out the date stamps on the reviews. Notice they didn't respond to any of their loyal customers with 5 month old reviews to say "thanks for supporting us, we appreciate you!" They don't respond to any positivity with a thanks, but jump on an honest review pretty quickly to defend themselves. They could have just done the right thing from the start!
