The Process of Owning an Upgrade Labs Franchise

Owning an Upgrade Labs can be an incredibly rewarding experience. After you’ve had your initial discussion with our team and taken the time to review our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), you’ll attend a 90-minute brand webinar via zoom. If you have any questions regarding the FDD or franchise application, this’ll be a great opportunity for you to ask. If not, you can move forward with your franchise application.

Next, you’ll be invited to a Discovery Day, which is an important step for all franchisees. Candidates will spend half the day at our location in Santa Monica, using and learning about all of our equipment and technology. We believe it’s important for our franchisees to experience firsthand the wonderful benefits of biohacking. Afterwards, you’ll learn more about our biohacking franchise, understand the details of this opportunity, know what your responsibilities will be, and how our business model works. We want you to find out what makes Upgrade Labs stand out in the fitness industry and why franchising with us presents so many unique advantages for franchisees and their members.

After attending the Discovery Day, you’ll go through a final evaluation and, once you’re approved, you can sign your franchise agreement!


After you sign your franchise agreement, you can get started on the process of opening your Upgrade Labs location. You can rely on our team to assist with site selection, training, recruitment, and ongoing support.

We want our franchisees to know all the ins and outs of owning an Upgrade Labs, which is why we offer three doses of training, including presale training, so you can start signing on members before your doors open. We’ll also work with you to train your staff, including a soft opening to ensure they’re ready to handle new customers. Moreover, because our innovative technology is unique and unlike anything in the industry, we’ll provide the training you and your biohacking technicians need to understand how each piece of equipment works. Lastly, our support doesn’t stop when your wellness business opens – we’ll continue to support you as you grow! Our ongoing support includes annual site visits, virtual content, monthly webinar calls, our annual franchisee conference, and more.
